The Studio is a self-contained annexe across the garden from our house, right in the old centre of Littleport. It's a good deal roomier than it looks from the outside, at around 60 square metres, and it's all yours while you're here.
You get a cosy lounge with a fire for the colder evenings, a big kitchen and dining room, a comfy double bedroom and a walk-in shower. The sofa bed in the lounge makes it work for a family of four, and there's a travel cot and high chair if you need them.

Everything you'd want for a night or a fortnight, and a few things you might not expect.
Two big sofas, a fire for chilly evenings and a smart TV with Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Netflix and Prime. If you'd rather switch off, there's a shelf of books and games.
Guests always mention the kitchen. It's huge, with a proper oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and a Ninja air fryer, plus a dining table for four that's just as good for a game of cards as for dinner.
A comfy double with fresh linen, plenty of storage and a view over the garden. The shower room has a walk-in power shower with lots of hot water, and towels and toiletries are ready for you.

We bought our house in 2022 and the annexe came with it, across the garden. After a lot of talk about turning it into a bar, a games room or a gym, we did the sensible thing and made it somewhere lovely for people to stay. We've been welcoming guests since May 2024.
We both work from home, so we're usually just a minute away if you need anything, and equally happy to leave you to it if you don't. Eric is our cockapoo, and he'll be thrilled if you say hello.
You're a short walk from the shops, pubs and takeaways on Main Street, and the River Great Ouse is just down the road.

Dogs are very welcome, at £10 a night each. The garden is fully enclosed, so they can stretch their legs safely, and there are miles of walks from the door. More for dog owners
There's free off-road parking on our drive, just a few steps from The Studio.
The only way into the shower room is through the bedroom, so The Studio suits a couple, a family or friends who don't mind that, rather than two separate couples.
There's a bistro table and chairs just outside the kitchen door for you. The rest of the garden is shared with us, and our own garden furniture and barbecue aren't for guest use.
